Comcast Business has been named the exclusive Gigabit network services provider for Bethesda Green in a move that will raise their market profile in a big way.
Bethesda Green is a rapidly-growing incubator for environmentally sustainable businesses in Montgomery County, Md., a suburb of Washington, D.C. The agreement provides a 1 Gigabit-per-second (Gbps) Ethernet Dedicated Internet line that outfits the office with fast and reliable Internet access capable of scaling up to 10 Gbps of capacity as business demands evolve.
A statement from the company said Bethesda Green is a non-profit entity whose mission is to accelerate the local sustainable economy with a focus on innovation, impact and community. Veronique Marier, the executive director of Bethesda Green welcomed the new development saying it will lay good foundation for success to their member organizations.
