PoolPak, Frontier Communications Partnership Reaffirmed
PoolPak International will continue partnering with Frontier Communications as its communications service provider.
PoolPak is a leading manufacturer of indoor swimming pool dehumidification systems in North America. They specialize in manufacturing energy-efficient, packaged, and engineered dehumidification solutions for indoor swimming pools including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Phil Landis, the Director of Information Technology at PoolPak International said Frontier is a highly professional company to work with. “At PoolPak, we have over 45 years of solid experience in indoor swimming pool dehumidification, and for a large portion of this time, we have collaborated with Frontier’s team of professionals to help design solutions for our communications requirements,” he said in a press statement.
“We started with a simple phone connection and over the years have added more access lines, Internet services and on-premise equipment, using Frontier as our end-to-end voice, data and video solution provider. As we look to the future and consider our growth opportunities, we are confident that Frontier will be our provider of choice to customize and integrate the seamless convergence that we will need.”
Dehumidification systems from PoolPak serve an international client base having large athletic pools, natatoriums in schools and universities, commercial pools and hotel/motel leisure pools. With more than 150 representative offices across the U.S. alone, the company relies on remote communications capabilities. Larry Farmer, the Account Executive at Frontier said they will continue serving PoolPak diligently and in a professional way.
“Frontier installed a Mitel system built on a hybrid Digital IP platform that combines the best of both digital and IP telephony technology. The versatility of the Mitel VoIP system allows it to support PoolPak’s future growth without requiring a completely revamped platform. It provides PoolPak’s employees and representatives with full collaboration capabilities for video, web and audio conferencing as well.”
Landis said they prefer the Frontier team because they deliver industry-leading solutions.
